The S3M is a standard recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 3A. The forward voltage is 1.15V at 3A, and the reverse recovery time is 1.5µs.
