The S3GB-13-F is a 3.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified output current of 3A at +75°C.
This device features a low forward voltage drop of 1.15V at 3A and a high surge current capability of 100A peak. The reverse current is a maximum of 10µA at 25°C and 250µA at 125°C. The junction capacitance is 40pF at 4V and 1MHz.
