The S3DB-13 is a 200V, 3A standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a glass passivated die construction for reliable performance and a low forward voltage drop of 1.15V at 3A. The diode can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 100A, making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents.
The device is designed for surface mount assembly and is available in the DO-214AA (SMB) package. The package is molded plastic with UL flammability rating 94V-0 and has solder plated terminals with an optional matte tin finish. The diode has a typical junction capacitance of 40pF and a thermal resistance of 10°C/W when mounted on a PC board with a 5mm² copper pad.
The S3DB-13 operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and is suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies, DC-DC converters, and other electronic circuits. It is available in lead-free finish per RoHS requirements.
