The Vishay Dale S3D is a standard recovery diode suitable for surface-mounted applications. It features a glass-passivated junction chip, low forward voltage drop, and high surge current capability. This diode is designed for easy pick and place assembly and can withstand high temperature soldering up to 250°C for 10 seconds at the terminals.
