The S3BB-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a 3.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified output current of 3A at +75°C. The forward voltage drop is typically 1.15V at 3A, and it can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
The device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package with a matte tin finish, making it suitable for automated assembly.
