The S3B-13-F is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified output current of 3A at +75°C case temperature. The forward voltage is typically 1.15V at 3A, and reverse current is 10µA at 25°C and 250µA at 125°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 100A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). It is housed in a surface mount DO-214AB (SMC) package with matte tin termination finish, weighing approximately 0.21g. The operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. The diode is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free (green), and has MSL level 1. It is suitable for automated assembly and general purpose rectification in power supplies and other circuits.
