The S3AB-13-F is a 3.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified output current of 3.0A at +75°C case temperature. The forward voltage is typically 1.15V at 3.0A forward current. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C and 250µA at 125°C at rated DC blocking voltage. The device has a junction capacitance of 40pF at 4V and 1MHz.
The diode is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with matte tin plated terminals. It is rated for operation from -65°C to +150°C junction temperature. The part is RoHS compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free (Green device), and has UL flammability classification 94V-0. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020.
