The S310 is a Schottky rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, part of the SS32-S310 series. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 3A at 75°C when mounted on a standard FR-4 PCB. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 850mV maximum at 3A, contributing to high efficiency in power conversion applications.
