The S2MA-13-F is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 1.5A at 100°C terminal temperature. The forward voltage is typically 1.15V at 1.5A, ensuring low conduction losses.
The diode is built with glass passivated die construction for high reliability and surge capability up to 50A (8.3ms half sine-wave). It has a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and a typical junction-to-terminal thermal resistance of 20°C/W when mounted on 5.0mm² copper pads.
