The S2JA-13-F is a 600V reverse repetitive peak voltage (VRRM) surface mount rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a glass passivated die construction for enhanced reliability and is rated for an average rectified current of 1.5A at a terminal temperature of 100°C. The forward voltage is typically 1.15V at 1.5A, and the device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 50A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
This rectifier is designed for general purpose power supply and other rectification applications where standard recovery speed is acceptable. It is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with a matte tin finish and molded plastic case material rated UL 94V-0. The operating and storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The S2JA-13-F is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 pieces per reel.
