The S2GA-13-F is a 400V, 1.5A standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes a glass passivated die construction for enhanced reliability and high temperature stability. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.15V typical at 1.5A, contributing to efficient operation. It is capable of handling non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 50A, making it suitable for applications with transient overcurrent conditions.
This rectifier is designed for general purpose DC blocking, freewheeling, and clamping in power supply circuits. The maximum reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 125µA at 125°C, ensuring low off-state losses. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, accommodating a wide operating environment.
