The Vishay Dale S2G-E3/52T is a surface mount glass passivated rectifier suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications. It is designed for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication use.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward rectified current of 1.5A at 100°C. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1.15V at 1.5A, and the reverse leakage current is 1.0 μA. It offers a fast recovery time of 2.0 µs.
