The S2A is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diotec Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose rectification in power supplies and polarity protection circuits. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 2A at a terminal temperature of 100°C.
