S2060B

The CY-S2060B is a conventional lathe from the S series, designed for high performance, high precision, and low noise operation. This horizontal manual lathe is capable of turning various metric and inch threads, as well as modulus and diametral pitch threads, including multi-head threads. It can also perform drilling, broaching of hairpin holes, and oil grooves.

The headstock, gear-box, apron, and bed-ways are constructed from high-quality cast iron using resin sand foundry technology. The induction hardened bedways have a hardness of approximately HRC52, ensuring excellent cutting performance, high rigidity, and precision. The machine features a mono-block bed base with a chip space for convenient chip disposal and high rigidity. Safety and ease of operation are enhanced by a foot brake, overload protection, chip guard, longitudinal automatic stop device, point-to-point control in the spindle, and a manual lubrication pump.

Key specifications include a swing over bed of 510 mm, swing over cross slide of 320 mm, and a distance between centers of 1500 mm. The swing in the gap is 73 mm. The lathe is CE certified and is new, with a 1-year warranty. It is powered manually and operates conventionally.
