The S1KB-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800V and an average rectified output current of 1.0A at +100°C. The device is designed for general purpose rectification and offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
This rectifier uses a glass passivated die construction for high reliability and is ideally suited for automated assembly.
