The S1JHE3_A/I is a surface-mount glass passivated rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications. The diode features a standard recovery speed with a reverse recovery time of 1.8 µs.
