The S1JHE is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose rectification. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A. The device features a low forward voltage of 0.96V typical at 1A, reducing power dissipation. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 20A for 8.3ms. The reverse recovery time is 782ns typical. The junction capacitance is 3pF at 4V. The diode is surface mounted in a compact SOD-323EP package with a height less than 0.75mm. It is rated for operation from -55°C to 175°C.
