The S1JB-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600V and an average rectified output current (IO) of 1A at +100°C. The device is designed for general purpose rectification and offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current (IFSM) rating of 30A for 8.3ms single half sine-wave conditions.
This rectifier uses a glass passivated die construction for high reliability and is ideally suited for automated assembly. It is packaged in a surface mount SMB (DO-214AA) case with a matte tin terminal finish. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020.
