The S1GMHRSG is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Taiwan Semiconductor, designed for general purpose applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A. This diode features a reverse recovery time of 780 ns, classifying it as a standard recovery type with recovery times greater than 500 ns.
