The S1GHE is a 400V, 1A standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by onsemi. It is designed for general purpose rectification and features a glass passivated chip junction for high reliability. The device is housed in a low profile SOD-323EP surface mount package with a height under 0.75mm.
Key electrical characteristics include a forward voltage drop of 0.96V typical and 1.1V maximum at 1A forward current. Reverse leakage current is 0.02µA typical at 25°C, and the reverse recovery time is 782ns typical. The diode can handle a peak forward surge current of 20A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and has a junction capacitance of 3pF at 4V. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +175°C.
The package is SOD-323EP (2-SMD, Flat Lead) and supports surface mount assembly. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 200°C/W per JESD51-3 on FR-4 PCB, and junction-to-lead is 26.5°C/W.
