The S1G-13-F is a 400V, 1A standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the S1A/B - S1M/B series. It features a glass passivated die construction for high reliability and is ideally suited for automated assembly. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified output current of 1A at +100°C. It can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). The forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 1A, and reverse leakage current is 5µA maximum at 25°C and 100µA at 125°C. The reverse recovery time is 3µs, classifying it as a standard recovery diode.
The S1G-13-F is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with matte tin lead-free finish. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free (green device), and has an MSL rating of Level 1 (unlimited). The operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 pieces per reel.
