The S1G-13 is a 400V, 1A standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a glass passivated die construction for enhanced reliability and a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 1A. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A.
This rectifier is designed for general-purpose power conversion applications such as AC-to-DC rectification in power supplies and adapters. It offers a reverse recovery time of 2µs, classifying it as a standard recovery device (>500ns). The operating temperature range spans -65°C to +150°C.
