The S1DFL is a surface mount general purpose rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the S1MFL series. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring a compact, low-profile package.
The diode features a maximum average forward current of 1A and a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A. It has a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 200V and a standard recovery time with a maximum reverse recovery time of 2 µs. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A, making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents.
The S1DFL is housed in a SOD-123F surface mount package with a maximum height of 1.08 mm, ideal for space-constrained designs. It has typical thermal resistance of 25°C/W junction-to-lead and 140°C/W junction-to-ambient, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
The diode is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free, with an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited). An automotive grade variant, NRVS1DFL, is also available for applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification.
