This is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the S1A/B - S1M/B series. The device features a glass passivated die construction for high reliability and is designed for surface mount assembly. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified output current of 1A at +100°C. The maximum forward voltage is 1.1V at 1A forward current. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 100µA at 125°C, both at rated DC blocking voltage. The reverse recovery time is 3µs.
