Additional features include two Picture-in-Picture windows, 180° hardware rotation and mirror capabilities, and PWM output for LCD backlight control.

 

The S1D13517F00A100 operates with core and PLL voltages of 2.5V and an I/O voltage of 3.3V. It supports external SDRAM memory of 16M-bit, 64M-bit, or 128M-bit with a maximum SDRAM clock of 90MHz. The host interface is an 8/16-bit asynchronous parallel interface.
