The S1D is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection applications. This device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 1A (TT=100°C). It features a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A (Tj=25°C) and a typical reverse recovery time of 1500 ns.
The diode offers a peak forward surge current capability of 30A (50 Hz, 10 ms) and 32A (60 Hz, 8.3 ms), accommodating high inrush currents. The operating temperature range spans from -50°C to 150°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
The S1D is housed in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package and is designed for standard recovery operation (>500 ns, >200 mA). Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 75 K/W typical.
The peak repetitive reverse voltage is 200V.
The average rectified current is 1A at TT=100°C.
The forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at IF=1A, Tj=25°C.
