The S1D-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and an average rectified current of 1A at a terminal temperature of +100°C. The forward voltage is a maximum of 1.1V at 1A forward current, and the reverse leakage current is limited to 5µA at 25°C and 100µA at 125°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
The rectifier is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with a matte tin lead-free finish. The case material is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The device is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free (green), and has an MSL of Level 1 (unlimited). The typical junction-to-terminal thermal resistance is 30°C/W, and the operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
This standard recovery rectifier is suitable for automated assembly and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 5000 units per reel. It is ideal for general purpose power supply and other rectification circuits where a 200V blocking voltage and 1A forward current are required.
