The S1B-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 100V, 1A standard recovery rectifier designed for general purpose AC/DC rectification. It features a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A and can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 30A. The reverse recovery time is 2.0µs, and reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 100µA at 125°C.
This rectifier utilizes glass passivated die construction for reliability. It is housed in an SMA (DO-214AC) surface mount package with molded plastic case material (UL 94V-0) and solder-plated terminals. The device is ideally suited for automated assembly.
Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, with storage temperature range matching. The thermal resistance from junction to terminal is 30°C/W when mounted on 5mm² copper pads. Typical total capacitance is 10pF at 4V and 1MHz.
A lead-free finish RoHS compliant version is available. The device is MSL Level 1 and REACH unaffected. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band or notch.
