The S1AB-13-F is a 50V, 1A general purpose rectifier diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for surface mount assembly and features a glass passivated die construction for high reliability. The device has a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 50V and an average rectified output current of 1A at +100°C. It can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 100µA at 125°C. The reverse recovery time is 3µs, making it suitable for standard recovery applications.
