The S115FA is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 150V and an average forward current rating of 1A. The forward voltage is 0.9V max at 1A, with a typical reverse recovery time of 8.3 ns. Reverse leakage current is low at 0.05 mA at 25°C. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A.
