Its construction utilizes static dissipative, 200 lb. test corrugated material with a graphite coating, providing a "Faraday cage" effect to shield contents from electrostatic discharge.
Designed for convenience, this shipper requires no assembly and comes with foam glued to the top of the box. The foam is made of open-cell polyurethane with a density of 1.2 lbs per cu ft and peak heights of 3/4 inches. The internal dimensions measure 7 x 5 x 1.5 inches, while the external dimensions are 8 1/8 x 5 3/8 x 1 3/4 inches. A static warning is printed on the top of the box for clear identification.
