The S-19243xxxH series from ABLIC Inc. comprises high-precision, positive voltage regulators capable of delivering 500mA output current. These regulators utilize high-withstand voltage CMOS process technology and feature integrated overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown circuits to ensure reliability.

The series offers flexibility with internally set output voltages ranging from 0.9V to 6.0V in 0.05V steps, and externally settable options from 1.0V to 9.0V for specific package types. Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 2.5V to 10.0V, an output voltage accuracy of ±2.3% over a wide temperature range (-40°C to +105°C), and a typical dropout voltage of 0.09V at 200mA.

Soft-start functionality is integrated to control the output voltage rise time during power-up or when the ON/OFF pin is activated. Fixed soft-start times are available for certain types, while others allow for adjustable times via an external capacitor. The regulators also include an ON/OFF circuit for power saving and are available in various packages such as TO-252-5S(A), HSOP-8A, HSOP-6, SOT-89-5, and HSNT-8(2030).

These devices are suitable for automotive applications including body electronics, headlamps, ITS, accessories, car navigation, and car audio systems, as well as constant voltage power supplies for home appliances. They are manufactured using lead-free (Sn 100%) and halogen-free processes and are AEC-Q100 compliant.
