This heat shrink tubing, part number RW-200-1/8-0-SP from TE Connectivity, is a flexible fluoroelastomer (FKM) tube designed for insulation and protection. It features a 2:1 shrinkage ratio, shrinking to half its original diameter when heated to 100°C. The tubing has an inner diameter of 0.062" (1.57mm) before shrinking and a recovered wall thickness of 0.030" (0.76mm).
It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 200°C, making it suitable for demanding thermal environments. The material is irradiated FKM, offering excellent resistance to abrasion, acids, chemicals, fluids, fuels, impacts, and solvents.
The tubing is supplied in custom lengths per order, providing flexibility for various applications. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, though these compliance claims are unverified.
