The RUSBF120 is a polymeric PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse manufactured by Littelfuse Inc. It is designed for overcurrent protection in low-voltage circuits, automatically resetting after the fault is cleared.
This device features a 6V voltage rating and a hold current of 1.2A. Its trip time is 500ms at specified conditions, with an initial resistance of 140mΩ. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
