The RURP1560 is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. With a reverse voltage rating of 600V and an average rectified current of 15A, it is suitable for use in switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling circuits. The diode employs standard silicon technology and offers a fast reverse recovery time of 60ns, which minimizes switching losses. The forward voltage is typically 1.5V at the rated current, ensuring low conduction losses. Housed in a TO-220-2 through-hole package, the device can operate over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 175°C. The robust TO-220 package provides excellent thermal management and is easy to mount on heat sinks.
