The RURG5060 is an ultrafast diode from onsemi designed for freewheeling and clamping circuits in switching power supplies and power switching applications.
Key specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 50A at a case temperature of 102°C. Maximum forward voltage is 1.6V at 50A and 25°C, with a typical forward voltage of 1.4V at 150°C. Reverse recovery time is 75ns maximum at 50A.
