The RURG3020CC is an ultrafast dual diode from ON Semiconductor, featuring a common cathode configuration. It is designed for high-efficiency switching power supplies and power switching circuits.
With a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and average rectified forward current of 30A per leg (at TC=145°C), this diode offers low forward voltage drop of 1.0V max at 25°C. The ultrafast recovery time is 45ns (IF=1A) or 50ns (IF=30A), minimizing switching losses.
Avalanche energy rated at 20mJ, maximum power dissipation 125W, and thermal resistance junction-to-case 1.2°C/W ensure reliable operation. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
Housed in a through-hole TO-247-3 package, it is supplied in tubes with a standard quantity of 450. Suitable for freewheeling and clamping diodes in switching power supplies.
