The RICHTEK RT9045GSP is a specialized linear regulator designed to generate termination voltage for DDR memory systems, ensuring compliance with device requirements. It is capable of sinking or sourcing up to 1.8A, with specific ratings for DDRII, DDRIII, LPDDRIII, and DDRIV interfaces.
