RT7273GQW

The RT7273GQW from RICHTEK is a highly efficient, fully integrated triple-buck converter. It is designed to operate within a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, making it suitable for various system voltages including 5V, 9V, and 12V.

This device features three synchronous buck converters with adjustable output voltage, which can be set externally using a resistor divider to any value between 0.8V and the input supply minus 1V. The converters offer maximum output currents of 3.5A, 2.5A, and 2.5A, with continuous operation currents of 3A, 2A, and 2A respectively. The switching frequency is adjustable from 300kHz to 2.2MHz, and can also be synchronized to an external clock.

The RT7273GQW includes features such as enable pins for delayed start-up, a soft-start pin for adjustable soft-start time, and a current limit pin for adjustable cycle-by-cycle current limit. It also has a Power Good indicator and a low power mode option. The device is available in a 40-WQFN (6x6) package and is suitable for surface mount.
