The RS1PG-M3/84A is a high current density surface-mount glass passivated fast switching rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor. It is designed for use in power supply, inverter, converter, and freewheeling diode applications. The device features a maximum average rectified current of 1A and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V. Its fast switching capability is characterized by a maximum reverse recovery time of 150ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
The rectifier is housed in a compact DO-220AA (SMP) surface mount package with a typical height of 1.0mm, enabling automated placement and space-saving designs.
