The RS1MDFQ-13 is a 1.0A surface mount fast recovery rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, packaged in a low-profile D-FLAT case. This device is designed for high efficiency applications requiring fast recovery times.
Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000V, an average rectified output current (IO) of 1A at 100°C, and a maximum forward voltage (VF) of 1.3V at 1A. The reverse recovery time (trr) is rated at 500ns, and the reverse leakage current (IR) is a maximum of 5μA at 1000V.
