The RS1K is a fast rectifier diode from onsemi, rated for 800V maximum repetitive reverse voltage and 1A average forward current. It features a glass-passivated junction for enhanced reliability and is designed for surface mount applications. The device has a maximum forward voltage of 1.3V at 1A and a reverse recovery time of 500ns, making it suitable for fast switching applications. The diode is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) package, which provides built-in strain relief and is ideal for automated placement.
