The RS1J-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount fast recovery rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency and automated assembly. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V, average rectified output current of 1.0A at +120°C, and a reverse recovery time of 250ns maximum, enabling use in high frequency applications.
The device offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 30A (8.3ms single half-sine wave) and a forward voltage of 1.3V at 1A. Typical junction capacitance is 15pF at 4V, 1MHz, and the junction-to-terminal thermal resistance is 20°C/W. Operating and storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The rectifier is housed in a molded plastic DO-214AC (SMA) package with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Terminals are matte tin annealed over copper alloy leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202 Method 208. The device is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020. Standard packaging is 5000 units per tape and reel.
