The RS1G is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by On Semiconductor, part of the RS1A-RS1M series. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at TA = 100°C. The forward voltage is typically 1.3V at 1A.
With a typical reverse recovery time of 150 ns, the RS1G is suitable for applications requiring fast switching. The device is glass-passivated for junction protection and offers built-in strain relief, making it ideal for automated placement. It is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount case and is shipped in tape and reel.
This rectifier is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant, and is UL certified (Certificate # E326243). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
