The RS1G-13-F is a 400V, 1.0A surface-mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a glass passivated die construction for high reliability and a fast reverse recovery time of 150 ns, making it suitable for high-efficiency switching applications. The device is rated for a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and has a maximum forward voltage of 1.3V at 1A.
