The RS1A-13-F is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier designed for high efficiency and automated assembly. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified output current of 1.0A at +120°C. The maximum forward voltage is 1.3V at 1A, and the reverse recovery time is 150ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
Non-repetitive peak forward surge current is rated at 30A for 8.3ms single half sine-wave. The device has a capacitance of 15pF at 4V and 1MHz. Operating junction and storage temperature range is -65°C to +150°C, with a thermal resistance of 20°C/W from junction to terminal.
The rectifier is supplied in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package with matte tin annealed terminations over a copper alloy leadframe. The case material is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band or cathode notch. The weight is approximately 0.064g.
Compliance includes RoHS3 (EU 2011/65/EU, 2015/863/EU), moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, and it is halogen- and antimony-free with full green device criteria.
