The RRE02VSM6STR is a standard recovery diode manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose rectification in low power circuits. The diode has a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600V and an average rectified current rating of 200mA. The forward voltage is specified at 1.1V maximum when tested at 200mA. The recovery time is standard, greater than 500ns at a forward current of 200mA, indicating it is not intended for high-speed switching applications.
The device uses standard silicon technology and is housed in a compact surface mount package. The package type is 2-SMD with flat leads, and the supplier device package is TUMD2SM.
