The RR264M-400TR is a standard recovery rectifier diode from ROHM Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified current of 700mA.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1.1V at 700mA and a reverse recovery time classified as standard recovery (>500ns, >200mA). The junction capacitance is typically 30pF at 4V and 1MHz. The device can operate at junction temperatures up to 150°C.
The diode is supplied in a surface-mount SOD-123F package (also designated PMDU), suitable for automated assembly processes. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
