The RPM3.3-6.0 is a non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC-DC converter module from Recom Power. It provides a single output of 3.3V at up to 6A with a high efficiency of 97%. The module operates over an input voltage range starting from 4V (minimum) and is designed for commercial ITE applications. It features remote on/off control and includes protection features such as overcurrent (OCP), overtemperature (OTP), short-circuit (SCP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The module is housed in a 25-BLGA (Ball Grid Array) package measuring 12.2mm x 12.2mm x 3.8mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with derating. The RPM3.3-6.0 is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
