The RP20-2415DFW is a 20 W isolated DC/DC converter from Recom Power's RP20-FW series. It provides dual ±15 VDC outputs at ±667 mA from a wide 4:1 input voltage range of 9 to 36 VDC. The converter features 1.6 kVDC isolation and typical efficiency of 87% at nominal input and full load.
This through-hole mounted module comes in a 6-DIP package measuring 50.8mm x 25.4mm x 10.2mm (2.00" x 1.00" x 0.40"). It includes protection features such as overcurrent (OCP), overvoltage (OVP), short-circuit (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The switching frequency is 360 kHz typical, 400 kHz maximum, and the device supports 0% minimum load.
Designed for ITE (commercial) applications, the RP20-2415DFW is suitable for telecom and industrial systems where regulated isolated power is required. The enable control is active high, and the converter operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 63°C.
